- All items are either Pre-order stocks.
- The price of every item is FIXED and NOT NEGOTIABLE.
- Listed price does not include postage, customers have to bear the shipping cost themselves. Shipping cost will be based on the number/weight of item(s) and distance (West Malaysia/East Malaysia). All of the item will be couriered by POS LAJU.
- You will receive your items 10 - 20 days after the pre-order closing date.
- After making your payment, please SMS/email us payment receipt (Bank name, payment amount, date & time) to cloverluvstation@hotmail.com.
- The colour of the item may differ from the illustration due to optical effect. We will try our best to describe the products as clearly as possible.
- Just in case any of the item listed has incorrect price due to typo error, Clover Luv Station has the right to refuse or cancel any order placed on the item.
- The risk of purchase is entirely bonded by the customers. If you cannot accept our terms and conditions, please do not attempt to make any purchase in order to avoid any unpleasant incidents that may occurred.
- Issues such as small stains, thicker or thinner of the materials, products' colour differs from the picture, dissatisfaction of the quality, the size is either too big or small is NOT REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE.
- Although we have sufficient ready stocks, sometimes stocks maybe unavailable due to high demand. (We will only know the availability of the stocks once we have placed your order to our suppliers).
- For the case above mentioned, customers can choose to wait for the next stock renewal or request for FULL REFUND. Besides, customers can choose other products that have the same price with the one he/she has ordered earlier.
- Items sold are NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE.
- Once the order has been placed, you have agree with the terms and conditions above and we reserved the right to change it anytime without prior notice.
